Our new team members have a compulsory training programme which includes health & safety along with a food hygiene programme. Lucy Hall encourages development and progression through training and promotion of staff.

Here at Lucy Hall we ensure all our team have a minimum of 2 years industry experience, are fully referenced checked, have a “can do” attitude, professional and have excellent communication skills.
 

We have an extensive network of of highly skilled people and provide  wait and bar staff, cocktail experts, cloakroom attendants,  event managers, chefs and specialized chefs , hosts, promotional staff, kitchen porters  and event porters along with bar backs and cleaners.
 

Our clients range from private individuals , caterers , venues and corporate clients and event management companies.
 

You can hire our team for a short 4 hour booking through to a longer term assignment. We can provide you with one person for a single one off event through to a team of people for a larger event or wedding.
