A Pole Party is the perfect excuse to get the girls (or guys!!) together and laugh yourselves silly as your instructor guides you through a series of pole dance moves and /or a sexy lap dance routine. Hens parties, divorce parties, birthdays, girly nights and work / team get togethers are all easily catered for. Even better, we don't just offer pole. We are experts in Aerial Hoop, Burlesque, MTV diva dance (think Beyonce, Pussy Cat Dolls, Gaga!) Cheerleading, Thriller, Dirty Dancing, Chicago, Grease, Samba, Salsa, Bollywood, The Great Gatsby vintage and many more.


We offer fabulous Workshops with Prosecco for only £10.00! These are relaxed and social classes with a different monthly theme. High heels, dress ups and cameras are welcome for our all levels workshops. You will receive complimentary Prosecco at the end of our £10.00 classes. Our performers are all very talented, gorgeous, fun and experienced dancers. Whether you're looking for a performance that is light-hearted, cheeky, dark or mysterious, we can put on a creative performance that will be sure to steal the show.


We can provide all equipment including aerial hoops or aerial silks with rigging, multiple full height & removable dance poles or even provide our own free standing stage pole which is available for hire. X-Stage hire includes delivery, assembly and collection.
